Billy Bell - Principal

Billy has been in real estate since 2016. Started out investing in residential real estate including flipping homes, rentals & Airbnb’s. He developed a process using modern tools to find and manage investment properties in different states across the country with an extremely lean team & minimal overhead. In interest to scale his portfolio to greater heights, he turned to investing in Commercial Real Estate in 2022. Outside of work he loves to travel, and do action sports such as surfing, riding motorcycles, and sailing.

Scott Swanson - Director of Acquisitions

Scott began his career in real estate in 2018. He spent most of his time as a licensed real estate broker where he consistently delivered value to investors and clients through a strategic, results-driven approach. In addition to working as a broker, Scott managed a portfolio of varied commercial assets, and gained experience in asset management and value optimization. Scott graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a BSB in Real Estate. In his free time, Scott enjoys riding his bike by the lakefront and supporting his Chicago sports teams (except the White Sox).
